If you are not willing to adapt your personality, mold your traits and behaviors to help your business succeed - as many aren’t. You will discover them to be self-evident problems once your start-up is in motion. The hope is that these problems that need re-evaluation and correction action take place without serious consequence on the business - however starting the process of introspection is always a good idea earlier on.

Facing our weaknesses and fears with discipline and a stern will to achieve can be the very best and most productive task you ever undertake, albeit one that never ends. It is said that we are born with only two fears, heights, and loud noises - and that the rest are a simple product of the mind’s trickery. 1 - Having your own website

If you have your own product or service then this is an ideal platform to make money. It take time and hard work, but once set up you will reap the benefits. This is a chance to establish your own brand that consumers can associate with and trust.

First you need to purchase and register a domain i.e. (www.yourdomainname.com); one good tip is to make sure that your domain name has relevant keywords to your product or service within it. Next you will need a Hosting company, many hosting companies have website building tools so you can design and build your site. The thing to do is research domains and hosting and pick the option that is best suited to your needs.

You will need, and this is very important, a payment processing facility to enable you to accept credit/debit cards from customers. Again look on the internet and pick the one that suits you.

You then need to market your business, because if you have not got anyone visiting your site then you will not make nay money, and quite frankly that is what we are all here to do. One of the quickest ways is to pay for the traffic. Google Adwords is one source but there are many PPC (Pay Per Click) platforms.

One good way of monetizing your site is to have other people’s relevant products and services advertised on your site. To do this all you have to do is to sign up with Google Adsense and have the code embedded into your site. Then when a visitor clicks on one of the ads you receive a payment.

2 - Affiliate Marketing

Basically this is advertising other people’s products and services. If someone clicks on you advertisement or link and then goes onto buy that product you receive a commission. How cool is that. This can range from 10% - 80%.

This method is very popular as it does not require a lot of money to set up. Research Affiliate Programs and sign up to them. You receive an affiliate i.d that is unique to you. Usually the affiliate programs will have all the resources that you will need to advertise and market the products. A good way of doing this is to set up a Blog. Now don’t panic, this is a web presence but is far less technical.

There are FREE blog services out there, so you don’t need money up front. Google’s Blogger is excellent, just sign up and within a few minutes you can have your own online presence. How simple is that? Then all you have to do is make posts and put links and banners on your blog. Add Google Adsense and market it on your on to a winner.

Just be sure to deal with respected affiliate programs that have quality products. They usually pay you by cheque or direct into you bank.

As you can see this is an excellent way to make money because you don’t have to produce your own product and it has very low start up costs, plus the rewards can be very high.

3 - Working for online Companies or Individuals

This is very popular as there is no technical knowledge or experience needed.

* Taking paid Surveys * Typing * Writing Articles for individuals who have websites or blogs * Doing research work.

You just need to sign up to these companies and they will send you the work. Make sure you research the companies as there are a lot of scams out there. A good sign is if they have a lot of testimonials on their site and they list the companies that they deal with.

The secret is to book and pay for a main band who will pull in lots of fans then get three other bands to play for free. streams the signal already decompressed by the machine

and convert it to standard definition or I waste allot of time”.

GOTsent which it’s main goal is indeed converting
files that 360 can run.

The good news is that the file WONT LOSE ANY QUALITY
what happens is that its only converted to a mp4 file.
And its really fast…

I’ve done this with LOST episodes and it only takes about 7 mins tops.

All u have to do is download the exe file (u dont even need to install it).
And if u wish to set the audio options like 5.1,dts,etc
u’ll need to download the AC3 Filter.
